Ingredients
- Pork belly
- 125ml mirin
- 125ml soy sauce
- 12.5g brown sugar
- 60ml sake
Directions
- Sear the pork on all sides and roll it tightly.
- Deglaze the pan with the liquid ingredients and let it cool
- Put all the ingredients in the bag
- Cook for 7-12 hours
