Carrots with seasalt and butter. Used it as part of a maincourse. After sous vide, I grilled them for 2 minutes.

  1. Put all in a back, vacuum.
  2. Set temperature on your Anavo at 85c. When ready, add the carrots and set timer for 2hrs.

Finishing Steps

  1. Grill for 2 minutes before serving.
