Carrots with seasalt and butter
Carrots with seasalt and butter. Used it as part of a maincourse. After sous vide, I grilled them for 2 minutes.

Ingredients
- Carrots, scraped.
- Seasalt
- Butter
Directions
- Put all in a back, vacuum.
- Set temperature on your Anavo at 85c.
When ready, add the carrots and set timer for 2hrs.
Finishing Steps
- Grill for 2 minutes before serving.
