Ingredients
- few carrots
- tangerine peel
- a spoon of butter
- tablespoon of salt
- tablespoon of cane sugar
Directions
- seal everything in a plastic bag
- cook for 90 minutes on 85c
Finishing Steps
- pour the liquids on a hot iron cast pan, add the carrots and sear let the juices vaporize for two minutes.
- sear for few minutes until it gets nice and brown
