Ingredients
- Flank/skirt steak
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp cumin
- 2tsp salt
- 2tsp black pepper
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Chopped cilantro
Directions
- Marinade steak in gallon bag for 2-4 hours, or over night.
- Place in vacuum seal bag and Sous vide for 2 hours at 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Sear on grill or with torch.
Finishing Steps
- Top with thinly sliced radish, cilantro, cotija, and lime.
