Cannabis infused heavy cream
Infuse heavy cream as a pre step to infused ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 14g cannabis decarboxylated
- 2 cups heavy cream
Directions
- After decarbing 14g of ground cannabis in a mason jar, in the oven at 220f for 45 mins, allow jar and contents to reach room temperature while remaining sealed.
- Open the jar and add 2 cups of heavy cream. Promptly reseal jar and shake vigorously.
- Add jar to the sous vide 179F for 4-6 hours
Finishing Steps
- Strain contents of container through cheese cloth and if possible re strain through a tighter filter (120 microns is fine)
- Refrigerate over night before using.
