Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Take lamb out of package, rinse with cold water. Season, vacuum pack.
- Add to sous vide container when ready to cook.
- Sear on sear zone or with torch.
