Butter Poached Potatoes
I decided to omit the herbs as my family likes simple potato and butter flavors.

Ingredients
- Bag of mini golden fleshed potatoes
- Butter 2-3 tblsp butter
- Kosher salt 1 tsp
- Olive oil, drizzle
Directions
- Put ingredients in to vacuum bag and seal. Cook at 190 F for 1 hour

Finishing Steps
- Finished potatoes are delish
Put contents of vacuum bag onto small sheet pan and pop into a 350F oven for about 20 -30 minutes.
