Ingredients
- Sirloin Burgers
- Onion salt and pepper
- Rolls
- American cheese
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Season burgers with onion salt and pepper
- Put each burger in quart size bag
- Remove air and seal bags and put in rack
- Cook at 140 for 1-1 1/4 hours
- When done remove burgers from bags and pat dry with paper towels
- Set up grill with hickory chips on high heat
- Brush burger with oil and sear on hot grill for about 1-2 minutes per side
- Sear on hot grill 1-2 minutes per side
- Add american cheese slices
