Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Season burgers with onion salt and pepper
  3. Put each burger in quart size bag
  4. Remove air and seal bags and put in rack
  5. Cook at 140 for 1-1 1/4 hours
  6. When done remove burgers from bags and pat dry with paper towels
  7. Set up grill with hickory chips on high heat
  8. Brush burger with oil and sear on hot grill for about 1-2 minutes per side

  1. Sear on hot grill 1-2 minutes per side
  2. Add american cheese slices
