  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 137.0ºF / 58.3ºC.
  2. Marinade beef with desired spices for over an hour. I prefer to start the marinade the night before the burgers are cooked.
  3. Form thin patties placing cheddar cheese in the middle of half the patties. Take another thin patty and place on top of cheese and seal all sides keeping cheese inside.
  4. Place burgers inside of vacuum seal bags and cook for 1 hour.

  1. Once the burgers are finished, remove them from the bag and pat dry.
  2. Heat cast iron skillet or pan and sear each side for 1 minute. When wearing the second side place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and take burger off once the cheese is melted.
  3. Butter hamburger buns and place butter side down on the skillet for 15-30 seconds.
  4. Once the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted load the burgers up with your condiments of choice and you'll have a savory hamburger.
