- 10-15 chicken wing segments
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 166.0ºF / 74.4ºC.
- Salt and pepper wings
- Place wings in bag in single layer and seal
- Bathe for 3.5 hours
Broil Wings
- Remove from bag and pat dry.
- Broil wings on high flipping once until brown
