Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast
- Salt, pepper, garlic
- Franks Redhot sauce
- Blue cheese crumbles
Directions
- Preheat water. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in bag, remove air then place in water.
- After cooking, shred chicken. (Note: I shred the chicken in my KitchenAid mixer. Add chicken and juices)
- Add Franks Redhot sauce to taste.
- Add blue cheese crumbles to the chicken to taste.
- Make sandwiches with bread, toast, buns, crackers, etc.
