  1. Preheat water. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in bag, remove air then place in water.
  2. After cooking, shred chicken. (Note: I shred the chicken in my KitchenAid mixer. Add chicken and juices)
  3. Add Franks Redhot sauce to taste.
  4. Add blue cheese crumbles to the chicken to taste.
  5. Make sandwiches with bread, toast, buns, crackers, etc.
