Sous Vide for 48 hrs at 145°. Pat dry rubbed BBQ sauce all over and finish in oven at 500° 10 minutes on each side to get a crispy outside.

- Rub Sea Salt all over brisket, put a few small knife slices in near then rub all over with Liquid Smoke.
Finishing Steps
- Rub BBQ sauce all over Brisket. Put in preheated over for 10 minutes on each side to get the outside the way you want it to look (can use a torch or grill too). Depending on oven could take longer or shorter time. Remove from oven let sit about 5 minutes before slicing.
