Sous Vide for 48 hrs at 145°. Pat dry rubbed BBQ sauce all over and finish in oven at 500° 10 minutes on each side to get a crispy outside.

  1. Rub Sea Salt all over brisket, put a few small knife slices in near then rub all over with Liquid Smoke.

Finishing Steps

  1. Rub BBQ sauce all over Brisket. Put in preheated over for 10 minutes on each side to get the outside the way you want it to look (can use a torch or grill too). Depending on oven could take longer or shorter time. Remove from oven let sit about 5 minutes before slicing.
