  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
  2. Seal each brat individually with a few tablespoons of beer. I used sandwich bags and the water displacement method.
  3. Drink any remaining beer while waiting for the water to heat up. You probably want some chips about now too.
  4. Put the brats in the water and set the timer for 1 hr 30 min.
  5. Have a nap or crack open another beer.

  1. Open each bag and remove the sausages, discarding the juices.
  2. Heat a little oil or butter in a pan, or fire up the grill. Brown the outsides, turning as needed.
