- Beef bottom round roast 2-2.5#
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Cook for 24 hours
- Add thyme, salt, pepper and smashed garlic to vacuum seal bag or ziplock bag and seal

- Sear on all sides in a 500° cast iron pan for 1-2 minutes
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Slice against the grain
