Ingredients
- Boneless skinless turkey breast (roast or deboned)
- 1 tbsp kosher salf
- 1tbsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
Directions
- If using a whole, deboned turkey breast cut into quarters small enough to fit on sealable bags
- Combine all dry seasoning in a bowl and mix well
- Coat turkey breast liberally with seasoning. (Note: if purchasing a pre brined turkey breast reduce salt in rub to 1 tsp vice 1 tbsp)
- Place breast in sealable bags and vacuum seal. (Zip lock bags will work but ensure that as much air as possible is removed.
- Pre heat sous vide to 155 degrees F. Do not place turkey on sous vide bath until water reaches temperature.
- Submerge turkey breast in sous vide bath and cook for 3hrs.
- Once time has been reached remove turkey breast from bag and sear (if desired) for 1 min per side.
Finishing Steps
- Slice and serve!
