Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 138.0ºF / 58.9ºC.
  2. Season ribs with salt and pepper
  3. Add enough marinade to bad to coat ribs

Smoker/Grill

  1. Grill using indirect heat for 30 minutes with some smoke from your favorite wood
  2. Sear over coals after brushing with additional marinade to finish the ribs
