Ingredients
- Boneless short ribs
- Tonton Ginger Japanese Dressing and Marinade
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 138.0ºF / 58.9ºC.
- Season ribs with salt and pepper
- Add enough marinade to bad to coat ribs
Smoker/Grill
- Grill using indirect heat for 30 minutes with some smoke from your favorite wood
- Sear over coals after brushing with additional marinade to finish the ribs
