Ingredients
- 1 3/4 to 2 lb boneless ribeye steak
- Course salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC
- Allow water to come up to temperature
- Season steaks and put them in the bag
- Place bag under the water for 2 hours and wait!
I Prefer To Finish My Steaks In A Ripping Hot Non Stick Pan With Olive Oil And Fresh Crushed Garlic
- Crush some fresh cloves of garlic and add them to the pan after oil comes up to temperature
- Add your steaks and get a good golden brown sear on all sides making sure you get the fat nice and crispy
- Remove steaks from pan and plate up and get ready to enjoy
