- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Mint
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Herbs de Provence
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- Crushed red pepper
- All in one seasoning
- Olive oil
- Red and white wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into paste
Butterfly leg and generously rub all over then using twine tie roast or use kitchen netting to keep meat together. I like to keep the garlic minced inside the interior of the meat
Finishing Steps
- Turn oven on to 400 roast for 10 minutes for Crispy exterior
