- Chicken thighs
- Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
- Splooge of olive oil
Directions
- Put 4 thighs in gallon zip lock
- Burp out the air
- Drop in the water for 45 minutes
Finishing Steps
- Search in hot pan for 30 sec each side
- Rest
- Eat
