  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic
  3. Place ribs in bag
  4. Add butter and rosemary
  5. Seal bag and place in water
  6. Pour glass of wine, sit back and relax

  1. Heat cast iron pan until almost smoking and add oil
  2. sear ribs on all sides
  3. Take off heat brush with favorite sauce or leave plain
  4. Enjoy
