Ingredients
- Boneless short ribs
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Granulated garlic
- Butter
- Fresh rosemary
- Grape seed oil or other high heat oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic
- Place ribs in bag
- Add butter and rosemary
- Seal bag and place in water
- Pour glass of wine, sit back and relax
- Heat cast iron pan until almost smoking and add oil
- sear ribs on all sides
- Take off heat brush with favorite sauce or leave plain
