  1. Season both sides of steak with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Make sure steak has been set out of fridge for at least 45 mins before cooking. Lay steak in vacuum/ziplock bag and rub mined garlic on each side. Add springs of rosemary to each side of steak before sealing bag. Cook at 132F for 1hr 45mins. About 30mins left of sous vide cooking, start the grill to heat up to 400F. Remove steaks from sous vide, pat with towel. Grill steak for 1-2mins each side for the grill/char. Let steak rest for 10 mins before cutting.
