Ingredients
- Pork Chop
- Traeger pork rub
- Liquid smoke
- Lime
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Seasame oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 61.5ºC / 142.7ºF
- Lightly rub seasame oil on both sides of chops
- Sprinkle all seasoning on one side of Chop, rub in to coat all side and bone. Coat with lime seasoning.
- Flip chop and repeat.
- Add to bag, seal and prepare for bath
- Remove from water once finished. Let rest for an hour in the bag. Out of the bath.
500 Deg Grill
- remove from bag, place on grille. Mark both sides of chops on the grille. 2-3 minutes per side
