  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 61.5ºC / 142.7ºF
  2. Lightly rub seasame oil on both sides of chops
  3. Sprinkle all seasoning on one side of Chop, rub in to coat all side and bone. Coat with lime seasoning.
  4. Flip chop and repeat.
  5. Add to bag, seal and prepare for bath
  6. Remove from water once finished. Let rest for an hour in the bag. Out of the bath.

500 Deg Grill

  1. remove from bag, place on grille. Mark both sides of chops on the grille. 2-3 minutes per side
