  1. 1. Season meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. A little heavier than normal. 2. Press fresh herbs into meat and place into ziploc bag. 3. Using the submersion technique, place bag into water and remove as much air as possible. 4. Set temperature of meat for one hour. 5. Once ready to remove, remove meat from bags and press dry with a napkin. 6. Pan sear to finish. 7. Slice and serve.

Finishing Steps

  1. Pan sear in butter and olive oil. Roughly one minute to a side, spooning with butter.
