Ingredients
- 3 pieces of NY Bone in Strip Steak
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Granulated garlic.
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Fresh Rosemary
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Taste your mixed seasoning.
Add seasoning to your taste.
- Add your steaks and give it a good mix .
Massage seasoning into your steaks.
- Place seasoned steaks into a zip lock bag.
- Refridgerate for 24hrs.
- Sous Vide

Finishing Steps
- Garlic Butter and Herb Sauce.
Ingredients:
Butter.
Thyme.
Fresh minced Rosemary.
Directions:
Melt butter and incorporate above ingredients.
- Searing Prep
Remove Steaks from bag.
Gently pat dry with a clean paper towel.
Heat your skillet - Med High.
Add a tablespoon or two of your Garlic Butter and Herb Sauce.
Add steaks and sear each side for 3-4 minutes.
You can sear with a torch to give a bit of crust.
- Add the Garlic Herb Butter as you are searing and prior to serving.
