Ingredients
- 2 lbs bone in country pork ribs
- 3 TBSP spice rub
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- Medium white onion puréed
- 3 TBSP garlic puréed
- 1/2 Cup whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 oz cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Directions
- Rub ribs with spice rub.
- Rub ribs with brown sugar
- Mix vinegar, onions, garlic, S&P and tomatoe together
- Put ribs in cryovac bag and pour mixture over ribs and seal bag. After sealed mix all together in bag..
you can let in marinade 24 hours for more flavor or cook immediately.
Finishing Steps
- Separate the meat from the juice.
Put the juice in a sauce pan and reduce by 1/2 or to Desired thickness.
- Pour over the top of the ribs in an oven safe dish and broil for five minutes.
