Bok Choy With Soy, Garlic And Ginger
This recipe can be prepared as a side dish as shown in the picture or double the amount and serve with boiled rice as a meat-free main

Ingredients
- 2 heads of bok choy
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2cm piece of fresh ginger grated
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp rape seed oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 176.0ºF / 80.0ºC.
- Quarter bok choy lengthwise and add to zip lock bag
- Add grated ginger and garlic together in a bowl
- Add sesame and rape seed oil to a pan, heat until smoking
- Pour hot oil over garlic and ginger, it will bubble furiously
- Add soy and fish sauce to ginger and garlic mixture and pour over bok choy
- Seal bag and add to Anova, cook for 20mins at 80C
- Bag may be weighed down with bulldog clip and spoons in order to ensure fully submerged
Serving
- Place bok choy on serving plate, pour over marinade from bag
