- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- Place blueberries in bag with lemon zest and half a lemon squeezed then through the lemon in the bag. Gently squish berries. Place a butter knife in the bag to weigh it down, drop in water and wait.
- After it’s cooking strain multiple times tell all floaters are gone. Refrigerate and enjoy.
