- Garlic granules or powder
- Onion powder (Optional)
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 52ºC / 125.6ºF
- Season and seal
- Sous vide
- Take out and pat dry
- Sear in hot pan (your choice of butters/oils/herbs)
- Rest for 5 minutes
