Ingredients

Directions

  1. Smoke ribs naked for an hour
  2. Salt and vacuum seal
  3. Sous vide for 16-18 hours at 150°
  4. Remove ribs from sealed bag and season
  5. Set ribs on smoker at 275° until bark sets
  6. Once bark has set coat with rib glaze and leave on smoker until sticky (30-45 minutes)

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove ribs from smoker and let rest for 15-20 minutes
