Beets sous vide
Basic beets recipe. I then make beets with oranges salad from them.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beets
- 3 tbs evoo
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 8 springs fresh thyme
- 1.5 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Toss beets in bag with ingredients then double seal bag with heavy spoons to weight it down. Sous vide 191 for 4-6 hours.
