Ingredients
- 1 part salt
- 1 part course black pepper
- 1 part garlic powder
Directions
- Add all ingredient and rub it to the tongue
- Dry brine it overnight
- Seal & bath it with rosemary

- Peel of the skin
- Cut it into small pieces and sear on skillet 1 minute each sides.
