Ingredients
- 2lb beef tenderloin roast
- 1tsp Black pepper
- 1tsp keg steak spice
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp bouvril meat flavouring
- Olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
- Season roast with salt, pepper, garlic and steak spice
- Seal in bag and cook for 22hrs 20mins
Seer
- Remove roast, dry with paper towel very dry
- Rub roast with olive oil and add more seasoning if desired
- Seer in cast iron frying pan on maximum heat on all sides, approximately 3 minuets total
- Let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve
