  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
  2. Season roast with salt, pepper, garlic and steak spice
  3. Seal in bag and cook for 22hrs 20mins

  1. Remove roast, dry with paper towel very dry
  2. Rub roast with olive oil and add more seasoning if desired
  3. Seer in cast iron frying pan on maximum heat on all sides, approximately 3 minuets total
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve
