Ingredients
- Rump Steak
- Sirloin Steak
- Lamb Leg Steak
- Dried Rosemary
- Fresh Rosemary
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients and coat meat
- Bag and add sprig of rosemary to each
- Cook as per above then flash fry in butter and sunflower oil on an iron skillet.
- Serve with Top Mash and Creamed Spinach
