Ingredients

• Rump Steak
• Sirloin Steak
• Lamb Leg Steak
• Dried Rosemary
• Fresh Rosemary
• Garlic Powder
• Salt
• Pepper

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients and coat meat
2. Bag and add sprig of rosemary to each
3. Cook as per above then flash fry in butter and sunflower oil on an iron skillet.
4. Serve with Top Mash and Creamed Spinach
