Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Sea salt very lightly (optional)
- Black pepper
- Steak seasoning
- Olive oil & butter to finish
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.
- Rub meat with oil and season
- When water reaches 129 seal bag and immerse to cook for one hour
Stovetop
- Sear in a hot pan using both a small amount of olive oil and butter. Serve immediately.
