Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 Apple, sliced thinly
- Olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. Coconut sugar
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 144.0ºF / 62.2ºC.
- Drizzle olive oil in a pan and soften garlic for 30 seconds on low – med.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, coconut sugar into a rub and thoroughly coat all meat.
- Add meat, onions, garlic, and apples to sous vide bag. If you need two bags, divide onions, garlic, and apples between them.
- Cook for 26 hours.
Stovetop
- Sear in a hot, cast iron pan for 1-2 min. Serve immediately.
