Beef roast sous vide at 131F for 48 hours then smoked using Jack Daniels wood chips until 127F. Rested for 20 mins. Nice smokey flavour.

Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131ºF / 55.0ºC
Finishing Steps
- Smoked at 300F in smoker using Jack Daniels wood chips until 127F.
- Rest for 20 minutes
