Ingredients
- 4 beef ribs (approx. 2kg)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fried garlic
- Fried onion
Directions
- Dry brine ribs overnight. Dry brining is simply seasoning with salt and leaving in the fridge for a few hours or preferably overnight.
- Season with pepper.
- Place ribs in bag and add dried onions and garlic.
- Place in water bath at 150°F for 36 hours.
- Remove from bag and save juices.
Finishing Steps
- Finish in the oven at 240°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Add pain flour to juices for a delicious gravy.
