- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Medium onion 1/4 inch slices
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.
- Set anova to 150.0F
- Season
- Place in bag putting onion slices on top of ribs seal bag
- Let cook at 150.0 degrees for 13 hours then raise temp. to 160 and let cook for 3 more hours
Torch
- Take out of water
- Take out of bag pat dry
- Torch and serve
