Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.
  2. Set anova to 150.0F
  3. Season
  4. Place in bag putting onion slices on top of ribs seal bag
  5. Let cook at 150.0 degrees for 13 hours then raise temp. to 160 and let cook for 3 more hours

Torch

  1. Take out of water
  2. Take out of bag pat dry
  3. Torch and serve
