- Beef Finger Ribs, Beef Finger Meat
- Your favorite dry drub
Directions
- Rub the ribs with your favorite seasoning and vacuum seal. Place in 140F bath and cook for 30 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove ribs from bath and package. Slather with your favorite BBQ sauce. Place under broiler for a couple minutes each side until coating is bubbling, somewhat soaked in, and to your liking. Don’t leave in broiler too long!
