Beef Chuck Roast
A beef chuck roast from butcher box (2.5 lbs) I like to water bath this cut for 24 to 30 hours and give it a hard sear on cast iron to finish.

- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Course Kosher Salt
Directions
- Rub the cut of meat liberally with all 3 spices and vacuum seal.
When finished sear on a hot grill or cast iron pan.
