Ingredients
- 1 lb beef brisket (i used choice)
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions
- Put Brisket in bag with salt and pepper
- Set 131F for 16 Hrs
- Grill with very hot charcoal. Brush with olive oil, salt and herbs mixture while grilling.
- Create the espagnole sauce
