Directions
- Season with all the rub
Dip in bath for 2 hrs
- When done , Collect the Sous vidde sauce from the bag
Boil till thick, add baking powder to thicken if necessary
Finishing Steps
- Oven roast for 4-5 min per side, high heat until skin is seared
- Put a bit of the thickened sauce on chicken
