Directions
- Mix mustard sauce and bbq sauce
Rub all over the meat
- Season with BBQ rub.
- Vacuum seal
- Dip in bath @162F for 18hrs
Finishing Steps
- Let the meat rest for 10 min
Coat with bbq sauce
- Broil in high heat for 5-10 min each side until the sauce caramelize
