- 1 T.S Of Montréal steak spice
- 2 T S Of Olive oil
- 1 T S Of maple syrup
- 1 T S of old style mustard
- 1 1/2 pound of flanc steak
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
Rob the steak in the seasoning mix
Vac Seal the steak in a gag
You can cook it for two hours right away or for the best results 24 hours in the fridge make it awesome
- Cook it for 2 hours at 130 F
Finishing Steps
- Open the bag remove all the liquid and turn your BBQ at the maximum temp
Keep it on the each side for 5min
