- 1.5 pounds boned skinless thighs
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160ºF / 71.1ºC
- Salt and pepper thighs
- Brown in pan
- Place in air tight bag
- Cook 1.5 hours
- Remove from pan and put on hot grill to brown with barbecue sauce.
