  1. Mix all sauce ingredients except bay leaves in blender then set aside
  2. Pre-sear short ribs
  3. Vacuum seal short ribs along with the sauce and bay leaves. Double seal ends and double bag!
  4. Weigh the meat down in water bath to prevent from floating.

Finishing Steps

  1. Drain juices into bowl. Remove meat from bags and remove bones. Use forks to separate the meat, then add meat into the bowl and mix together.
