- 1.4 lbs fresh sea bass
- one sliced lemon
- one peeled tangerine
Directions
- Cut Sea Bass filet in two. In mixing bowl muddle peeled tangerine and add sliced fresh lemon. Hand salt each filet then bag. Once bagged place muddled tangerine and lemon on top and cook.
