Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat water bath to 140
  2. Place thawed patties in ziplock freezer bag using water displacement method
  3. Immerse and set timer for 1 hour

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove patties from water bath and rest on counter
  2. Preheat skillet on high heat
  3. Add butter to skillet and sear hamburgers
  4. Add cheese once you remove burgers from skillet. Serve immediately
