Ingredients
- Kroger Bacon Cheddar Beef Patties
- Butter
Directions
- Preheat water bath to 140
- Place thawed patties in ziplock freezer bag using water displacement method
- Immerse and set timer for 1 hour
Finishing Steps
- Remove patties from water bath and rest on counter
- Preheat skillet on high heat
- Add butter to skillet and sear hamburgers
- Add cheese once you remove burgers from skillet. Serve immediately
