Baby Rack of Lamb
Extremely tender baby rack of lamb.
Serve with boiled broccoli and egg fried rice.

Ingredients
- Marinade
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Marinade the rack with salt and pepper, sprinkle some rosemary and rub some freshly chopped garlic around the rack.
Seal with bag and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
- Place in sous vide and cook for an hour. The rack of lamb will be cooked to medium rare.
- Remove the rack from the bag and pay dry the rack.
- Cut the lamb into individual ribs.
- Season with some salt and pepper.
Finishing Steps
- Preheat pan and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sear the lamb, 1 to 1.5 minutes each side till brown.
- Sear till all side turns brown with high heat.
- Serve with boiled broccoli and egg fried rice.
Perfectly delicious!
