Did 2 racks. I full rack in prairie fresh packaging. No seasoning. Cut 1 rack in half. Put a coat of olive oil , Lawry’s, spellbound, Sweet Heat. Vacuum packed 4 mil 8 x 12 42 secs 3.0 seal 4.0 cool on both halves. Plan to cool in ice bath for an hour or two and then put in the fridge overnight and then smoke @225 until internal temp gets to 153.
